Balloon Cups Only Big Once you inflate your balloons, twist the neck of the balloon three or four times to help prevent air from leaking. Place the twisted part of the neck to the corner of the hinge or cups. Squeeze the opposite end of the clip with enough force to close it tightly over the neck of the balloon.
